The most important step is using avocados that are fully ripe. Press the skin — it should give easily with no resistance. Underripe avocados stay slightly grainy even after blending.

For a more intense chocolate flavor, add 1/4 teaspoon of espresso powder. It won't taste like coffee — it just deepens the chocolate.
